Yeah, life's just going along at it's normal pace. Oh, except for little fact THAT IT'S MY BIRTHDAY TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My family and I got up at 7:30 (ugh!) and went apple picking to start the day of. It was beautiful, though maybe a little cold! Daddy let me steer the tractor over towards the apples. Oh the privileges of being eleven! The kids were getting in the way of picking, so I took them out to take a walk on the field behind the orchard. The youngster's feet got soaked with dew the youngest of them stepped in a hole. Other than that, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and had fun.
Towards the end of the day, I was told "That there was one more tree to pick." So I dragged the bin over and saw a bag hanging of a branch!!!!! I opened it up and found a little card that said: "Yes! You can! Right now!" Now, if you know me, you would understand the ruckus that thereupon folded itself out. If you don't, well it was wonderful! And if you don't already know, I will have to tell you why a ruckus was thereupon folded out. Because, I, Meredith Grace, was finally permitted to get my ears pierced. That is the reason.
Now, I did read the Right now! part of the slip, but it didn't really sink in. So, when I was told that we were headed to the mall right now to get my ears pierced, I was very happy indeed!
Anyway, the lady was very nice, it only hurt a little, I love the purple of the studs, and I now sit with my own ears pierced. I must admit, I am little happy! :D
Yeah so I was there for all of that, it was cool.
